Engaging with potential customers and chatting with fellow business professionals is a huge part of the exhibition experience. Therefore, Made in Group have been working hard behind the scenes to make this a reality in our upcoming virtual exhibition.
We are proud to now announce that the latest feature that our team has been working hard on behind the scenes: Live Chat.
This Live Chat tool has been brought to you using open-source software, meaning you can chat with visitors on your page for BBLIVE2020. This feature will also be available for members moving past the exhibition, allowing them to chat with potential customers through their microsite
To ensure that customers know when they can talk with you, we are asking all of our exhibitors to set their own “Opening Hours”. These will simply be the times throughout the week in which they will have someone logged into the microsite to chat with someone - AKA times which you are on your virtual stand.
For example, simply having someone available to chat (should anyone go onto your page during the exhibition) for a few hours a day (e.g. 10-11am and 2-3pm) would be enough.
Ultimately, it’s important that people know when you are “open”, therefore, we highly recommend publicising these opening hours in some of the following places:
- Social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Company website
- Microsite
- Email signature
