Just as it was in the physical world, sales generation is still going to be a key part of anyone's ROI when it comes to a Virtual Exhibition. However, now we are networking through a screen, there are a few things that exhibitors at our upcoming Live Digital Business Festival need to do differently to ensure that they are maximising lead generation.
With networking going virtual, Made in Group have digitalised the likes of virtual Q&As, panel discussions, masterminds and networking events. Most prominently, Made will launch a digital exhibition “with a big difference” called Backing Britain 2020 Live - an immersive experience between the digital and physical.
1. Use Your Exhibitor Tracking Link
We use Eventbrite’s promotional tracking feature to create unique tracking links for every exhibitor. These custom links give exhibitors a measurable way of promoting their attendance at the Backing Britain virtual exhibition.
When you post content to your social media, newsletters or email signature, please include your tracking link for people to sign up as a visitor to the Backing Britain event. Visitors click on your tracking link, are then directed towards our official Eventbrite ticket page. From here, they sign up as a visitor, in the backend; however, the delegate gets assigned to you. Within seven days of the show starting, we email you the list of delegates who booked onto the show from your tracking link. You get a list of contacts before the show starts.
Using your unique tracking link is an effortless way for you to help promote your business and gain a qualified list of projects ahead of the show.
2. Promote Your Involvement on Social Media
If you are a part of the event, or want to simply shout about being a member, branded graphics will promote you and help you reach a wide audience, all of which are available from the resource section of the Made platform. Tag us in your posts on twitter - @madeinthemids and @madeinyorks and using the hashtags #mimfamily #miyfamily #BackingBritain #MFGBackingBritain and #BBLive2020 respectively so we can share with the wider community.
Bott Ltd's recently used the Backing Britain 2020 logo to great effect on a marketing campaign on their social media and within an article they posted onto their website.
3. Publish a Press Release Promoting Your Involvement
Publishing a press release is a vital way of promoting your involvement and ultimately maximising the amount of people you are likely to connect with at Made in Group's virtual exhibition.
Those who are exhibiting at Backing Britain 2020 Live can download our press release letterhead template here: https://firstorchard.
Beginning 17th August 2020, Made will launch a digital exhibition "with a big difference” called Backing Britain 2020 Live - an immersive experience between the digital and physical which will take place over two weeks:
