Made in Group have continued the investment in their digital platform, by revamping the backend of members’ accounts and also the events section.
In the last 12 months, Made in Group have put serious investment into their online platform - to aid their Midlands and Yorkshire based members in acclimatising to a more digital way of working. This includes creating two virtual exhibitions, adding a “Live Chat” function to member microsites, launching a jobs board called “Made Futures”, taking on a technology graduate to implement artificial intelligence into the site, and much more.
This latest investment is part of the new events schedule that the membership group has launched, now allowing members to see who else is attending events when booking on, and even select which individual themed Zoom “breakout room” they are put in during virtual network events.
To do this, you simply need to login to your account, click on the “Events” section, choose an event, and then hover over attendees icons in the “Sessions” section. Alternatively, you can go to the list of “Attendees” and “follow” or message them through the platform.
Alongside this, the backend of member accounts has been revamped, with a new action icon “plus button” being seen in the bottom right corner of your screen. This feature allows members to create job listings, post jobs and privately message other members far easier.
Made in the Midlands and Made in Yorkshire members can now book onto all scheduled events between 2021 and 2022. This includes a range of new events types - Made Angels, Made Live TV: the Editors Pick, Made Masterclasses, Backing Britain Taster Events, and Backing Britain 3.0 Virtual Breakfast Mornings - for cross-region networking.
